When I was in college I started either cooking Italian food or asian food almost every single day. I used fresh chilli's and parsley, coriander or basil in probably 90% of my meals. Every time I cooked, my tiny appartment smelled like Anti Malocchio. If you ever make spicy Italian food or a nice chimmichurri sauce, this is what your house will smell like. Its green, herbal and very spicy in the opening.
