Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We aim to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving it. Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day will typically be processed the same or next day. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we do our best to meet this timeframe, processing times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods (e.g. holiday season) or due to unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Within the Netherlands

• Standard shipping: delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch via PostNL.
• Free shipping threshold: €50.
• Tracking: a track & trace code is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Order Confirmation & Updates

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delays & Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thefragrancefolio@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect or refund orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
