In 2023 I went to the champagne region in France on vacation. While very little champagne was consumed, this still perfume still reminds me of that vacation. We had a nice house which was about 30 meters away from the vinyards. We walked through those a couple of times and the smell of vines and unripe grapes are a bit similar to this. All that was missing was the fiziness and some rose. If we take that vacation and add those two elements we will end up at Dom Rosa.
