A floral heart of freesia and orange blossom is deepened by a smooth ribbon of Sri Lankan black tea, giving the fig a fresh, tea-parlour warmth rather than a sharp citrus edge. The base wraps everything in soft Virginian cedarwood and creamy sandalwood, rounded out with balmy benzoin for a cocooning, comforting finish. If Fico di Amalfi is a juicy ripe fig, then fig infusion is fig while it's still ripening. A lot fresher because of the citrus and a bit more herbal because of the tea. Performance is quite mild but it is an amazing scent if you like citrus scents but would like it to be a bit more on the fruity and green side.
